We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
Website security
Accessing data not intended for you or logging onto a server or an account which you are not authorized to access.
Attempting to probe, scan or test the vulnerability of a system or network or to breach security or authentication measures without proper authorization.
Attempting to interfere with service to any other user, host or network, including, without limitation, via means of submitting a virus to the website, overloading, and “flooding”, “spamming,“ mail bombing “or crashing”.
Sending unsolicited email, including promotions and/or advertising of products or services; or.
Forging any TCP/IP packet header or any part of the header information in any email or newsgroup posting. Violations of system or network security may result in civil or criminal liability.
Online store terms
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your country or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your country or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.
You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.
The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.
General Terms
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involves (a) transmissions over various networks; (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.
Products or services
Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.
We have made every effort to display, as accurately as possible, the colors and images of our products that appear at the site. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any real shape or color will be accurate.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.
We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.
Optional tools
We may provide you with access to third-party tools which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input.
You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools ”as is” and “as available” without any warranties, representations or conditions of any kind and without any endorsement. We shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools.
Any use by you of optional tools offered through the site is entirely at your own risk and discretion and you should ensure that you are familiar with and approve of the terms on which tools are provided by the relevant third-party provider(s).

The warranty for pumps is two years from the date of issuance of the invoice.
You must bring the original invoice or provide the service representative with the mobile number registered on the invoice.
Warranty means repairing the product or replacing it if it is not repairable within the specified warranty period, according to the date of the original sales invoice.
The warranty includes manufacturing defects.
General Rules and Conditions
The warranty does not include any of the following:
- Defect or malfunction due to misuse or misinstallation by an external technician not certified by the Marketing Home Group, wrong use, or non-compliance with the instructions for periodic maintenance of the product.
- If the conformity or error defect is caused by the product not being protected, inappropriate protection, or errors in the product's connection.
- If the defect or error of conformity resulted from the use of corrosive liquids and/or any unexpected liquids not contemplated in the documentation delivered with the product.
- If the conformity or error defect is caused using liquids with solid materials hanging in larger quantities than permitted.
- If the conformity or error defect is caused by incorrect use of the product (such as overloading beyond the limits of the product).
- If the conformity or error defect was caused by an event occurring after the buyer was informed of the risks.
- If the defect of conformity or error is caused by a shortage or failure of the electrical system, supply system, changes resulting from environmental or climatic conditions or conditions of any other nature.
- If the conformity or error defect is caused by improper and incorrect use of the product, is non-compliant or contrary to the user's booklet signals and maintenance, or if the product is used for purposes other than its intended purpose.
- If the conformity or error defect is caused by the installation and use of the product that does not comply with technical and safety standards.
- If the defect or error of conformity was caused by defects in the equipment to which the product was connected.
- If the product or goods were damaged during the customer’s transport.
Installation & Service
Installation & Service fees are charged for the products inside and outside the urban area covered by our branches (pumps – submersibles - jumbo filter).
When creating a request for installation, the installation team will contact you within 3 working days to determine the installation date.
Please ensure that the installation site is ready, such as water supply pipe (INLET/OUTLET), and that the tank has enough water to test the pump. Wi-Fi network is provided in the installation place. (Installation parts such as pipes, elbows, valves etc. are provided separately by the customer, or can be purchased directly from the installation team vehicle.
Please make sure to provide 220V power supply and sockets where the pump will be installed.
The installation invoice amount is only for new installations or replacement of an old system, the team will only install or replace, make configurations, and give the final demonstration to the customer, does not include the purposes you may need on the site to complete the installation and add additional works, additional work fees will be charged separately according to the set prices. If work is possible and overtime is possible and is permitted within the time frame of work that does not affect deadlines or other commitments.
If the installation is not completed due to inaccessibility of the site, or if there is a major obstacle blocking the installation place or the required installation parts are not provided, electricity (socket) is not provided, Wi-Fi was not provided, no water supply was provided etc., it will result in an incomplete installation and no final demonstration, and additional charges will be charged for booking re-visit to the customer site according to the prices set as the re-visit fee.
Maintenance visits in the first six months (from the invoice date) are free of charge in the circumstances in which the pump is installed by an authorized installation team, and after six months if the customer requests to visit the site, the customer incurs a visit fee according to the set prices, as well as spare parts/products not covered by the warranty. The free visit for the first six months (from the date of invoice) will not apply to those, if the pump is installed by unauthorized installer and the customer later requests to visit the site for maintenance from the authorized installation team, the visit fee will apply according to the prices set as the visit fee.
Periodic maintenance must be carried out in accordance with the recommendations contained in the Users' Manual.
Dismantling or maintaining the product in non-specialized centers or using non-original spare parts will nullify the warranty.
The product will be inspected and repaired at the Marketing Home Group maintenance center, and if the warranty conditions are met, Marketing home Group will bear the cost of maintenance and spare parts damaged by a defect in manufacturing or replace the product if not repairable.
The product (except submersibles) should be installed in a dry, well-ventilated place, preventing water from falling on it.
When there is a leak or defect in the product, use should be immediately stopped, and a request shall be raised by the customer to the authorized service or maintenance hotline. Warranty does not include any additional damage due to delayed repair of the product.
If the pump is installed in open spaces, we recommend buying the pump protection cover from direct rain and sun.
Installation and service will be during official time between 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
Procedures:
- Check the branch to see that the goods are intact and unused.
- Returned or exchanged goods must be in the same original condition when purchased, not used, not installed, not operated, in the same packaging or outer box and in the original case as received.
