When creating a pump installation request, the relevant department will contact you within 3 working days to schedule the installation appointment.
Ensure that the installation site is ready, including pipe supply and sufficient water quantity in the tank for pump testing, and Wi-Fi availability at the installation location.
Ensure the presence of a standard 220-volt socket at the pump installation location, as we cannot forgo the pump plug, and the pump will be excluded from warranty if there is a protection fuse in the plug. Note that the pump's cord length is 1.5 meters.
The installation invoice only covers installation or replacement of an old system, excluding items required at the site for completing the installation, such as pipes, valves, reducers, and connectors.
Installation appointments are during official working hours from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
For pumps installed in open areas, we recommend purchasing a protective cover against rain and direct sunlight.
